Working with Flash since its debut as Splash, (and creating samples that appeared in Flash itself)
2 Design uses Flash to communicate rather than simply going for the oooh-ahhhh effect. Flash, when used responsibly like any other web component, adds value.

Driver

Created as part of a promotion on the Driver web site, this small piece of Flash shows how 2 Design works well with minimal assets to create animations high in realism yet low in K size.
(While only 19k in size, this rivals most static jpegs)

Falcon Northwest Kiosk

This "Macromedia Flash Site of the Day" was created as an all around information kiosk for Falcon Northwest. Created over 2 years ago, this Flash piece with original illustrations by 2 Design is still on the cutting edge.

GameSpy Network Imprint / Nav

Working with GameSpy, 2 Design created this branding-and-navigation in one solution that uses one flash component to overlay onto all of their existing sites using DHTML. A one time load with plenty of functionality.
(IE required -- more use examples: PlanetQuake 3DAP)

Gathering of Developers

Simple yet striking, this intro piece (one time site view - a cookie bypassed it afterwards) was created to have a "production company" feel, similar to those seen before movies.

Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2

The Flash component for the official Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 site uses actual clips from the game to create a video appearance in the window while delivering a message to the viewer that is still bandwidth-friendly.
(entire sequence with video and music - 140 k)

Kingdom Under Fire

Using a movie trailer approach, 2 Design created this cinematic Flash teaser using only a handful of screenshots and a snippet of music as assets.
(No 3D models were used to create the characters movement)

On Deck Interactive

A quick and clean animation of the On Deck Interactive logo that weighs in at only 10 k.

SnapStream

This opening animation sequence was created for SnapStream for use in all of their streaming video downloads as a branding stamp when using their software.

Mike Tyson Boxing

2 Design created this hard-hitting introduction for client Ignited Minds for the Mike Tyson Boxing site. Single pictures of Mike Tyson were arranged sequentially to give the appearance of full motion video.
